The bigest problem is that we deal with sales reps who sell without real product knowledge and their margins doubtfully allow for errors. For this reason they wont sell.
One other concern I had was that the numbers on the itrigg chip dont completely match. I think this will be down to bios but is it the kind of firmware that we can update I am unsure and unfortunately Itrigg responded (after persuasion) in a very general and unhelpful (technically) way i.e "Call MS".
